It was lovely to receive a request from Corinna, the Children's Hospice Manager who wanted to do something to truly help her staff. They spend so much time helping others and Corinna felt they can sometimes forget about themselves. Offering some CPD that was both helpful and light hearted hit the mark for this amazing team. "Our family support team recently had the pleasure of receiving a day's training from Cathy MacDonald in the The Art Of Communication.
We enhanced and developed our communication skills by exploring how to manage challenging behaviour. Cathy provided an insight into the science and theory behind highly-emotional communication before equipping us with the skills to manage such situations. We had the invaluable opportunity to put these skills into practice with actors depicting real-life scenarios.
Cathy is a truly inspirational trainer, and we extend our hearty thanks to her for delivering the day with passion and enthusiasm."
