I guess its a luxury problem but after two weeks away from home on a whirlwind ‘communication fest’ it would have been good to arrive home this afternoon.
The first flight was cancelled and the second delayed which means arriving in Edinburgh in the early hours. As I reflect on an amazing two weeks I am lucky - I met and worked with so many captivating people and there are a few new friends along the way ..... I appreciate it all.
WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL FEW DAYS
From the moment I walked in to the Openwork Gathering at their Business Owner Forums in London and Nottingham I was welcomed and included at every turn. A unique insight into the role of financial advisory profession and the amazing work they do. More importantly the care and consideration that goes in to all they do alongside the sense of responsibility to get things right was clear for all to see. A complete pleasure to present alongside the amazing Michael Caulfield MSc and thank you Chris Barnes for your warmth, humour and skilful management of the sessions. A true joy to work with you all.
